Basic Voice Mail is free and it’s automatically included with your plan. You just need to set it up when you activate your service.

From your wireless phone, dial your 10-digit wireless number. Members will be asked for a password to enter the voicemail system. By default, the password is the member’s phone number without the area code.

If you are a new MobileNation member and not able to access your voicemail, please enter your seven digit phone number as your password. Detailed voicemail instructions can be found for basic voicemail.

With 3-Way Calling you can talk with two people at the same time with a three-way conversation on your mobile phone. While on the first call, dial the 10-digit number of the second person. Press the Call button. The first person is automatically put on hold while the call is made. When the second person answers, press the Call button to create a 3-Way Call. If the second person doesn’t answer, press the Call button twice to end the connection and go back to the first person. To end both conversations completely, hang up.

No, but you do have the option to speak to the second caller by pressing the Call button. To return to the first call, press the Call button again. To switch between the two calls, press the Call button. If someone tries to call you while a 3-Way call is in progress, the caller will either hear a busy signal or be forwarded to your voicemail. If you have activated call forwarding, the call will be forwarded immediately.

Phone protection covers those issues not covered by the warranty, including: lost, stolen, damaged, and malfunction/mechanical failure after manufacturer’s warranty expires. Members can make two phone protection claims in a rolling 12-month period.

Like most insurance programs there is a deductible to make a phone protection claim. The deductible is based on the retail value of the phone just like the monthly premium. For phones with a retail value of $149.99 or lower, the deductible is $40. For phones with a retail value $150.00-$449.99, the deductible is $75. For phones with a retail value $450.00-$649.99, the deductible is $150. For phones with a retail value $650.00 or higher, the deductible is $200.

Please have information such as cell phone number, member number, make and model of phone, and be able to explain what happened to the phone. Only the account holder and users authorized by the account holder with eSecuritel will be able to complete phone protection claims.
